Global key account appointment announced (29/10/2008)

British Airways World Cargo has announced the appointment of Stephen Eagle as global key account manager, with immediate effect. He reports to Warren Tempest, vice president, global key accounts.

Eagle, who has worked in the air cargo industry since 1990, is responsible for delivering world-class customer service and guiding the strategic development of British Airways World Cargo's key client portfolio. He joins BA World Cargo from Continental Airlines, where he most recently held the role of regional cargo manager for Northern Europe and Western Asia.

Eagle comments, "I am delighted with this new challenge and looking forward to the opportunity to use my experience to build on BA World Cargo's strong reputation with its customers."

Warren Tempest comments: "Stephen brings a wealth of knowledge to his new role and I look forward to working closely with him as we continue to develop our customer proposition."
